Mr. Ekansh Ladhani is the Youngest Director of the Company. He holds a Master Degree in Finance and a post graduate diploma in International Hospitality Management. He joined the management in 2008 and has had the exposure to all areas in business operations. He has matured himself over the period of time, benefitting the company through his efforts in business development and improving several areas within the business system. He has introduced the six sigma concept in every department, thereby bringing down huge costs for the Group. Hecurrently heads the Technical team of the Company which has won an award for ‘Operation GATI in Sparkling PET’ in 2012. He believes in ‘Continuous Improvement’ as a big contributor to company’s success.
